          SALVATION OF THE LOST
         &#xD;
  &lt;/b&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;div&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;br/&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;/div&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;div&gt;&#xD;
    
          As disciples of Christ, we are called to spread the good news of the gospel leading others to salvation. Jesus calls us all to follow Him as He came to save all of humanity. We are created in God's image and carry a unique reflection of our Creator. Because we live in a sinful and fallen world, we all need and receive salvation through God’s grace and not through our works. When we come into a relationship with Jesus, we are made new. The Bible says that Jesus came to find and save all those who are lost. We are invited to partner with God to stand in the gap and pray for those around us who do not know Jesus. We are called to testify of God’s goodness and share our transformation in Christ with others. As we partner with God we build His kingdom with eternal impact in mind. The reflection of God in us and the power of our testimony can impact those around us. Our progression and not perfection allows us to be H.O.T. (humble, open, and transparent) and share what God is doing in our hearts. As we live authentically for Christ we invite others to do the same by receiving salvation and experiencing God's grace and love in their own lives.

          Lord, I thank You for Your saving grace. I thank You for the gift of salvation through Your Son, Jesus Christ. Today, I stand in the gap praying that You will soften the hearts of those who are lost and far from You. No one is too far from Your love to be touched and transformed by You. I believe in faith that those in my life who do not know You will come to a relationship with You! I will testify of Your glory and praise Your name. In Jesus’ name, amen!

           When we commit our lives to Christ, we must choose to remain committed to the calling that God has on our lives. As we walk throughout our daily lives, there are many options on what we give our time, treasure, and talents toward. We make decisions on our level of commitment to these different areas and how we prioritize these commitments. This year, we are making a conscious decision to seek God first through prayer and fasting. We are committing not only to start sharp spiritually today but to remain committed to the call on our lives every day. The Bible instructs us to love others, love the Lord, and seek His will for our lives. We are called as followers of Christ to carry our cross, deny our flesh, and reflect the love of God. Jesus gives His disciples authority to go out and make disciples calling us to share His love with the world. This is the choice we must commit to daily. We have the choice to obey the call of God on our lives. The choice to love as disciples as Christ. The choice to live our daily lives in union with the Holy Spirit. The choice to make disciples of Christ by sharing the love of God, and the good news of the Gospel. Today we are committing to be decided in walking out our calling.

         Day 18 - Spiritual Discernment
        &#xD;
&lt;/h3&gt;&#xD;

          In this time of prayer and fasting, we are asking the Lord for an increase in our spiritual discernment. We all have desires, dreams, and wishes. Some are divinely inspired by God and some are our own will. How do we decipher what is our will versus God’s will? We discern by leaning into the Holy Spirit and asking the Lord for more spiritual discernment. We ask the Holy Spirit to help identify what is our will and be honest with ourselves (and God) when we struggle to release an outcome to Him. We are created to live life in community and sharpen our discernment within the council of others. We can build our discernment by thinking about whether a decision or situation is bringing us closer to God. Is the outcome creating character in you that is a reflection of Christ or producing Fruit of the Spirit? As you open your heart to the will of God and spend time quieting yourself in His presence He will meet you in any decision you face. God teaches us that we are to seek, understand, and rely on the Spirit of God. We must meditate on scripture and spend intentional time getting familiar with His voice. Today, as we acknowledge God as the ultimate source of wisdom, truth, and light we pray that our spiritual discernment increases.
         &#xD;

           Lord, You are the source of all wisdom and truth. I thank You for Your Word which I can stand on as I face the situations that surround me. I thank You that in this time of prayer and fasting, I am seeking You first to lean not on my own understanding, but relying on Your ways and Your will. I ask that You sharpen my discernment and that You mature me in my faith and my understanding of the Holy Spirit. I pray that as I rely on You, You transform my heart, thoughts, and the lives of those around me for Your glory. In Jesus’ name, amen!

           Today we are asking God to help us grow strong in self-control as we seek to obey Him. At times, we have all found ourselves struggling to do what we know is right. Maybe for you, it’s a new routine, discipline, or pattern you are trying to implement. Maybe you are trying to break a way of thinking, an unhelpful pattern, or walk away from temptation. Firstly, know you are not alone. We all have sinned and fallen short of the glory of God! In Romans chapter 7, Paul writes about the struggle of fighting our flesh and obeying God! Jesus set us free from sin and His grace is sufficient for our imperfection. There is no condemnation in Jesus. The Holy Spirit will help lead you and guide you as you follow Him. Remember, it’s about progression and not perfection. True submission requires self-control because our flesh and our Spirit can want different things. Prayer and fasting is a spiritual discipline that helps us grow in self-control because it quiets our fleshly desires and strengthens our Spirit to obey God. As we seek to grow in self-control, remember we have access to a strength that is beyond us to deny our flesh and desire God’s will as we remain connected to Him.

           Therefore, get rid of all moral filth and the evil that is so prevalent and humbly accept the word planted in you, which can save you.

           STEWARDSHIP AND PROVISION
          &#xD;
    &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;p&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
      &lt;br/&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;p&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
      
           God operates out of abundance! At times, it is easy to fall into fear or worry about the resources and provisions we need in our lives. We all have dreams or desires and very real needs that we believe God will provide. We have to fight against the temptation to see the world through a lens of scarcity, and instead lean into the promises of God. God is our provider, He is all-powerful and generous! The Bible says that God will provide for all of our needs and He has unlimited resources. He is THE source. As we have learned, the Bible says in Matthew 6:33, “To seek first the kingdom of God and His righteousness, and all these things will be added to you.” In the verses leading up to Matthew 6:33, Jesus is teaching His disciples to not worry or be anxious about food, clothing, or the resources we consider basic needs. He teaches us when we fix our eyes on God and His Kingdom, He will provide for us. God loves you, cares for you, and has plans for your future. Ask God to help you to discern between your "needs" and "wants". Trust that God's timing is perfect and rest easy that there is nothing too big or too small for God. By divorcing the lack mindset, we remove the cap we have placed on God. Maybe the cap looks like limiting how or when we think God can move, and provide in our lives. Today, we chose to press into knowing and trusting in God's abundance. We ask Him to change our circumstances, provide for us, and help us in turn, be a reflection of His generosity toward us and steward well over what we are given.
          &#xD;
    &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;p&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;br/&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;p&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;span&gt;&#xD;

           26 Look at the birds. They don’t plant or harvest or store food in barns, for your heavenly Father feeds them. And aren’t you far more valuable to him than they are?

  &lt;p&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;br/&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;p&gt;&#xD;

           2 Corinthians 9:6-8

  &lt;p&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
      
           Remember this—a farmer who plants only a few seeds will get a small crop. But the one who plants generously will get a generous crop. You must each decide in your heart how much to give. And don’t give reluctantly or in response to pressure. “For God loves a person who gives cheerfully.” And God will generously provide all you need. Then you will always have everything you need and plenty left over to share with others.

  &lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;p&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
      &lt;br/&gt;&#xD;

           Lord, I pray that as I read Your Word You will help me understand Your abundance and provision for my life. I pray that You will reveal to me the promises that You have for my life. I pray that as I wait for Your perfect timing for my needs and desires, I will grow in my relationship with You. Forgive me for putting a cap on what You could do in my life. I trust that You are my provider, You are all-powerful, and You are a generous Father. You are worthy of all the glory and honor in my life! Thank You for Your stewardship and provision.            Trusting in God’s plan requires faith that His plan is better than our own. We all experience points in our lives where we have a plan or an expectation for how we want something to go. Maybe it’s a plan for your career, a timeline for your relationship, or a budget for your finances. Our lives can be filled with our plans, but today we lay aside our plans and ask God to help us trust in His plan for our lives. In surrendering our lives to God, we admit that we are unable to save ourselves. Jesus did what we could not when he lived a sinless life and died to save us. As we submit to Jesus as Lord of our lives, we acknowledge that His ways are higher and ask for His will, not our own. We not only have faith in our salvation, but we have trust in knowing that God is all-powerful and above all things in our lives. As we grow in our faith and trust, we take a moment to remember all that God has done to get us here. Every day is a fresh opportunity to experience God's faithfulness and trust Him more. We are praying for an increase in our faith and trust as we seek God first.

           GROW IN WISDOM

           When we ask for wisdom, God listens! Day to day, we face so many challenges and questions; decisions that we must make. Some choices are small, and others have a significant impact on our lives and others around us. We all operate out of our free will to make decisions based on many factors that can influence our choices. However, there may have been times in your life when you either did not have the understanding, information, or insight to make the best decisions. The Bible says that when we ask for wisdom, God responds generously, without reproach. The Holy Spirit is our helper and advantage, giving us insight and guidance in our daily choices and interactions. Today, we ask the Lord for wisdom. We believe there is power in prayer and power in linking our faith with one another. We sit in expectancy for how God will generously respond to these prayers giving us wisdom and direction!

         JOY OF THE LORD
         &#xD;
  &lt;div&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;br/&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;/div&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;div&gt;&#xD;
    
          The joy of the Lord is everlasting and it is always available to us. It can be easy to confuse the joy of the Lord with happiness. Happiness is a feeling or an emotion that can come or go based on any number of factors around you. Sometimes we can get tricked into thinking if something changes we will find happiness. Maybe if we just get enough money in our bank account or if we meet the right person, or reach our goals then we will be happy. The truth is God’s Word offers us an even better promise. In Jesus, we have access to the joy of the Lord which is not dependent upon our emotions or our achievements but is eternally found in Him. The joy of the Lord is the gladness and gratefulness in our hearts that overflow from trusting and building a relationship with God. The Bible says the joy of the Lord is our strength! His joy may not make sense given our circumstances, but it is what pushes us forward and sustains us to not only survive but thrive. The joy of the Lord is what left Peter and Silas worshiping and praising the goodness of God even though they found themselves in a prison cell. The joy we carry as believers in Christ is contagious and reflects the love of God and His goodness to those we encounter.

           We have all experienced things in our life that seem inexplicable. During Jesus’s ministry, He performed miracles, signs, and wonders to demonstrate His love and compassion for people by healing the sick, raising the dead, and walking on water. These miracles served as a testimony to those who witnessed Jesus's power and authority as the Son of God. The Bible is clear that the power of the Holy Spirit lives within those who believe and know Jesus! Jesus commissioned us, as His followers, to extend His love and compassion to the world and to witness the power of Christ through miracles, signs, and wonders. We have faith that God can do the impossible and is behind inexplicable things. As we continue to pray for God to move in what the world may deem impossible, we ask for God to open our eyes to see His power at work. There is power in collective prayer and belief! As we see the miraculous take place we will glorify the name of Jesus as the author of all things good. We join our faith for all things expecting Him to show up in our lives through miracles, signs, and wonders.

           WALKING IN HUMILITY AND OBEDIENCE

    &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
      &lt;br/&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;/p&gt;&#xD;

    &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
      
           Today we are deciding to walk in humility. Humility is defined not as thinking less of yourself but as thinking of yourself less. Humility is taking up your God-given space, nothing more, nothing less. We live in a day and age where it seems counterintuitive to make ourselves smaller. At times, we can become absorbed in our achievements, dreams, desires, and worries. We may feel that we need to promote ourselves to stay relevant, receive credit, or even reach our purpose. The Bible instructs us as followers of Christ, to remain humble and submitted. We are empowered through the Holy Spirit to become self-aware in our actions and fight against the temptation to walk in pride. Jesus modeled what it looked like to walk in humility by the way He lived His life and served others in grace and truth. If anyone had an excuse to be prideful it was Jesus. He was God! The Bible says in Philippians 2:6, "Though He was God, He did not think of equality with God as something to cling to." The next time you feel yourself getting consumed by your needs or desires, remember to remain humble by magnifying God and putting Him in His rightful place. We surrender by trusting His ways are higher, in turn, we find peace and freedom.

           PEACE IN ALL THINGS
          &#xD;
    &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;

  &lt;p&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
      
           Experiencing peace in all things means that peace is available to you regardless of what things may look like. We all experience different situations that may try to pull our peace from us. The truth of the matter is that peace is not based on our circumstances or our situation but peace is a promise given from God. That in Him, we can call on the Prince of Peace and find our hope in Jesus. Despite what may be facing you today, you are called to be an agent of peace in this world. When we know God is working on our behalf, we can carry ourselves with a holy confidence bringing His peace into any situation. God is not surprised by the day-to-day challenges that we face and He gave us the key to carrying peace by abiding in a relationship with Him. The Bible says that Jesus is the vine and we are the branches, and as we remain connected to Jesus, we will bear fruit. Peace is a fruit of the Spirit, that we can experience in our daily walk. Peace is found internally through connection and dependence on God, however, the fruit is not only for our consumption. The peace we are called to carry as followers of Jesus is powerful! A peace that can de-escalate tension, a peace that fights against fear, worry, and anxiety. Today call upon the peace that can shift the atmosphere of any room you walk into!

           TEACH ME TO LOVE
          &#xD;
    &lt;/strong&gt;&#xD;

    &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
      &lt;br/&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;p&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
      
           We never stop learning how to receive and extend God's love. Sometimes, the commandments to "Love the Lord your God with all your heart and with all your soul and with all your mind" or "Love your neighbor as yourself" can sound routine to us. We can quote these verses without understanding the gravity and implications of inwardly understanding and outwardly demonstrating this commandment. The Bible teaches that God is love and that as followers of Christ, we will be recognized by the way we love one another. As we start sharp, we are called to observe, experience, and represent His love. We are only able to extend the amount of love that we are able to receive from God. God is the source of love and light in the world. Since God is love, we are called to be with love and to become love. The depths of God’s goodness and love are impossible for us to fully comprehend. God loves us so much that He sent His one, and only, Son to die on the cross to save us. Out of this overflow, we can share God’s love with the lost and found people in this world. Imagine the impact on the lives of others we can have by growing in our understanding and ability to receive and extend God’s love.

  &lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;p&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
      &lt;br/&gt;&#xD;

Prophecy and speaking in unknown languages and special knowledge will become useless. But love will last forever!

           Today we are seeking God first when it comes to our physical, emotional, and spiritual healing. We live in a day and age where there are so many “solutions” offered to our problems. These “solutions” promise us wholeness and healing. It can be tempting to rely on these things alone to find a quick or temporary distraction, a sense of comfort, or something to numb our pain. God is our source of healing. God is a healer and in Him, we can find comfort and restoration of our physical, emotional, and spiritual health. We all have an area in our life that we need God’s healing. During this time of prayer and fasting, we also have the opportunity to intercede and pray to God on someone else’s behalf for healing. Today, whether there is a specific need that you have for healing or whether you are standing in the gap believing in healing for someone else, we join our faith to seek God first as our healer. Wholeness is found in Him, He is the source of goodness, comfort, and restoration. In our weakness, we find His strength. We turn to Him to seek emotional, physical, and spiritual healing.

    &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
      
           James 5:14-16

          Is anyone among you sick? Let them call the elders of the church to pray over them and anoint them with oil in the name of the Lor

          Jesus went throughout Galilee, teaching in their synagogues, proclaiming the good news of the kingdom, and healing every disease and sickness among the people.

           God, I thank You that You are my healer. I thank You that today, I can stand on the promise of Your word that You are my healer. I thank You that during my healing, You are with me. That You have never left me nor forsaken me and I can find restoration in You. I pray you expand my understanding of You as a healer. I believe in miraculous healing physically, mentally, and spiritually in my life and the lives of those around me. It is in Jesus’ name I pray, amen!

           We are stronger together! We may have experienced situations in our lives that seemed impossible to conquer on our own but found strength, encouragement, and success with the help of others. Today we intentionally pray for unity in the Church and in the world. God created you specifically, and as we embrace our identities and confidence in Christ, we can call out the gold in others. The Bible is clear that where there is unity there is a commanded blessing. We are more effective and powerful as we come together on one accord. Although our perspectives and backgrounds may be different, we can learn and grow from one another to find strength, accountability, love, and courage to run the race set before us. We pray for unity within the Body of Christ and the world to build each other up to pursue the things of God because we belong together.

  &lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;p&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;br/&gt;&#xD;

           The Holy Spirit is our advantage, a source of power and guidance in our day-to-day life. Living our lives submitted to the Holy Spirit gives us the upgrade in our walk with Christ. The Holy Spirit is not extra, He’s essential. Jesus promises the Holy Spirit as our helper! The Bible never refers to the Holy Spirit as “it”. The reason this is important is if you don’t see Him as a person you will not develop a personal relationship with the Holy Spirit. As we start the year spiritually sharp, we need the guidance and help of the Holy Spirit to lead us. Jesus promises that we are never alone when He departs from the Earth and sends the Holy Spirit to be our teacher and assurance. When the power of the Holy Spirit is released in your life there is a supernatural advantage because God is with you. Is there any area of your life that you need help with? Maybe you need help in your marriage, family, or business. Ask the Holy Spirit! Releasing the power of the Holy Spirit in your life is the ultimate upgrade.

           DIVINE VISION AND DIRECTION

      &lt;br/&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;p&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
      
           As we seek God’s Kingdom, He will provide divine vision and direction for our paths. At times, we may have all relied on directions or maps to guide and lead our paths to a new destination. We can have a destination in mind, but without direction to reach our destination, we can feel lost. When we choose to acknowledge God in all of our ways by seeking His will, He will provide direction. During times of prayer and fasting, we consecrate ourselves to the Lord allowing ourselves to grow closer in relationship with Him. It can sometimes be difficult to see or understand God’s purpose, vision, and direction for our lives. When we choose to acknowledge God in all of our ways by seeking His presence, He will reveal vision. God speaks through intimacy and a relationship with Him! The Bible says we can trust the Lord to give us a vision for our future. He will also lead our steps with divine direction. Today, we allow God to transform us, and we are made new in His image. Although we may have a plan for our lives, ultimately God is faithful in directing our path and giving us wisdom and vision! We humble ourselves to ask for more of His vision and to direct our lives in accordance to His purpose. 
          &#xD;
    &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;p&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
      &lt;br/&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;p&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;span&gt;&#xD;

          it speaks of the end

          and will not prove false.
         &#xD;
  &lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;p&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
      
           Though it linger, wait for it;
          &#xD;
    &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
      &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
      &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
    
          it will certainly come
          &#xD;

          and will not delay.

           SPIRITUAL GROWTH AND HUNGER
          &#xD;
    &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;p&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
      &lt;br/&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;p&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
      
           As we seek God first we hunger for more of His presence in our lives. When we think of hunger it is easy to think of food. The truth is we all have desires and necessities in this life. Yes, we have physical hunger but also emotional, intellectual, and spiritual hunger. As Jesus walked the earth, He often described Himself as the "bread of life" telling His people that, "whoever comes to me will never go hungry, and whoever believes in me will never be thirsty". Jesus meets all of our needs. As with any relationship, our relationship with Jesus is a choice, and the desire to pursue a relationship is intentional. With the help of prayer and the Holy Spirit, we progress in our relationship with Jesus by finding our satisfaction in Him. We do not grow stagnant in our relationship as there is always more of God to know, to love, and to experience. It can be tempting when we are satisfied with our relationship with Jesus, to believe the lie that we do not need more of His presence in our lives. The Bible says when we seek God wholeheartedly, we will find Him. So today we ask for more of Him and stand on the promise that he will meet us in our desire. By continuing to hunger after more of the Lord we build our relationship with Jesus and choose to pursue life with Him day after day.

    &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;p&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
      &lt;br/&gt;&#xD;

Today, I chose to invest in this relationship to grow with You and to learn more about Your goodness and faithfulness. God, I pray to experience more of You. In Jesus’ name, I pray, amen!

    &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
      
           Our minds are transformed as we surrender our lives to God and mature in our faith. We all experience thoughts, situations, and events throughout our lives that challenge and stretch us. As we walk out our faith, our minds are constantly bombarded by thoughts, lies, and worries that come against the truth of God. Our experiences and feelings have the power to shape patterns and behaviors as we respond and react to our environments. The Bible says we have authority in Christ over our present circumstances. We have the authority to react in agreement with the Holy Spirit. As we intentionally discern truth from lies and redirect our thoughts to what God has to say about us, we are transformed. It takes intentional prayer, but the Holy Spirit is always with us to help us in our thoughts. As we yield to the Holy Spirit and embrace the process of God’s transforming love, we pursue progression and not perfection. As you continue to walk in your God-given authority your minds and emotions are renewed. As we mature in our relationship with Christ, we declare the promises of God over our lives and we are transformed!

           DAY 2 - PURIFY MY HEART AND MOTIVES
          &#xD;
    &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;p&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
      &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
        
            ﻿
           &#xD;
      &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
      
           As we open up our hearts to the love of Christ, our hearts and motives are purified. Have thought that you are too damaged, too broken, or too far from God to be used by Him? This idea that we must “fix” ourselves to come to God is a lie that can keep us trapped in shame and condemnation. The truth is, that God loves us deeply, and he wants to meet us wherever we are, despite our sins. God blesses who you are, not who you pretend to be. It is through an authentic relationship with God and receiving His love and mercy that we can open our hearts and minds to be purified by Him. We will always fall short of perfection and that is why we need Jesus, to save and renew our lives. It's about progression and not perfection! As we lean into His presence and receive the free gift of his salvation and love, He will transform us, leading us to repentance and righteousness. We repent for times when we missed the mark in our words, thoughts, and actions. As we experience His unconditional love, grace, and correction our hearts and motives are purified. Today, ask yourself, "What areas in my heart and motives can I surrender to the Lord, to purify and make me more like Him?" There is joy and freedom found as we open our hearts and motives to be purified in God. We are able to re-present God and extend His grace and love to those around us. Imagine how our lives and the lives of those around us can be transformed through this time, as we allow God to have His way in our hearts and minds!

    &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
      &lt;br/&gt;&#xD;

           Prayer:
          &#xD;
    &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;/p&gt;&#xD;

    &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
      
           Lord, I thank You for Your grace and mercy. I thank You for Your goodness and love that will never leave me. I pray that You illuminate areas in my heart and motives where I am operating out of impurity. I repent for thoughts and actions that were unlike You. I pray for Your guidance and wisdom. Speak to me today! Renew my heart, restore my motives, and transform me for Your glory. In Jesus’ name, I pray, amen.

           DAY 1 - SEEK GOD’S KINGDOM FIRST
          &#xD;
    &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;p&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
      &lt;br/&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;p&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
      
           Today we choose to seek God’s Kingdom first in all things! As we begin a new year, we are making a decision to start our year prioritizing God. We are not making God’s will and His word one of our many priorities, we are making Him THE priority. We are declaring we will seek His Kingdom first and surrender our worries, needs, dreams, and desires to Him. Matthew 6:33 says, "But seek first His Kingdom and His righteousness, and all these things will be given to you as well." This verse is an invitation. An invitation into a deeper knowledge of the Lord. As we stir our curiosity and passion for God’s Kingdom by intentionally spending the next 21 Days pursuing more of Him, He will take care of our needs. When God is FIRST, everything else is FINE. By surrendering our anxieties, distractions, and desires, we put God in His rightful place on the throne of our hearts. In doing so, we find freedom in His presence and His provision. As we seek God’s Kingdom first, we are reminded that our purpose, power, and help comes from Him. He is our ultimate source. He is a good father, and he loves us and wants to be in a relationship with us! When God is our priority, we can approach all other relationships, obligations, and tasks in line with His will for our lives. As we seek God’s Kingdom first in all areas, we see transformation in Christ!

           Prayer:
          &#xD;
    &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;p&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
      
           God, today I am deciding to put You first. I surrender every distraction that has taken Your place in my life and I repent for the times I have missed the mark. Right now, I choose to surrender and seek You. I thank You that as I seek Your Kingdom, You are taking care of every detail of my life. I thank You, that I can trust in You and find freedom in surrender. I give You my plans to make room for Your will in my life. I pray that You use me to show Your love to the world. Have Your way. In Jesus' name, I pray, amen!
